Rain Garden Care

Volunteers worked to remove 10 bags of invasive plant species from the Meadow Lake Rain Garden, encouraging the healthy growth of the native plant species planted earlier this Spring. Many of the beautiful flowers and bushes that were being hindered by invasive plants are now visible and able to thrive once again. This event assisted in the beautification of this area while creating a more accessible habitat for native insects, animals, and birds.
