Enjoy the warm weather and get your sweat on at the Alliance for FMCP’s Weekend Fitness classes, happening all summer long and starting on May 11.
Each Saturday and Sunday, experienced instructors will be leading FREE 60 minute classes of Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba under the iconic Unisphere. Registration is optional.
Saturday Schedule:
11am - 12pm Zumba
Sunday Schedule:
9am-10am Yoga
10am-11am Pilates
