Weekend Fitness at FMCP!


Enjoy the warm weather and get your sweat on at the Alliance for FMCP’s Weekend Fitness classes, happening all summer long. Each Saturday and Sunday, experienced instructors will be leading FREE 60 minute classes of Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba. Registration is optional.

Saturday Schedule:

9am - 10 am Yoga

10 am - 11am Yoga

11am - 12pm Zumba

Sunday Schedule:

9am-10am Yoga

10am-11am Pilates
