Join the FMCP team in removing weeds and invasive plants that have started to grow in the Meadow Lake rain garden so native plants that make up this unique micro-ecosystem have more room to grow. In an area that is known to flood, rain gardens play a vital role in absorbing water. The plants that grow here are unique because they don’t mind having their roots wet.
Participants in the 2023 FMCP Earth Week series will each receive 2 tickets to NYC FC’s match against FC Dallas at CitiField (7:30pm on Saturday, April 22).
