Volunteers constructed and installed two new puncheons on the Pat Dolan Trail during Phase Two of our Puncheon Construction Volunteer Event.

During Phase One of our Puncheon Construction for the Spring, volunteers were guided by NAC trails team experts through all the steps of installing a brand new puncheon to the Pat Dolan Trail, improving the area for years to come!

Earth Week 2022 was a huge success with 11 events taking place over 8 days, thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and our staff!

The Environmental Stewardship Team was joined by the Urban Park Rangers of Queens for a tour in the Core of the Park to identify the flowering trees of Spring found here.
