Join our Troops for Fitness instructor for a HITT (High Intensity Tactical Training) at the Unipshere! HITT is a full body workout incorporating various movements that either isolate a muscle group, or build them through compound exercises. Classes are taught by U.S. veterans.

Please wear workout attire and bring your own yoga mat.
