Join us this spring and summer for free World’s Fair History Walking Tours of a dozen structures and monuments built for the 1939/’40 and 1964/’65 World’s Fairs. Tours are held on the “Second Sunday” of each month. Stops include the New York State Pavilion, the Unisphere, the Rocket Thrower, the second oldest outdoor antiquity in New York City, and the roof where the Beatles landed by helicopter in 1965. Tours meet at the Unisphere. No registration required. Just look for the green pop-up tent at the Unisphere.
Suitable for all ages. Please wear comfortable shoes, and bring your own World’s Fair memories if you have them!
